Explanation to the Beautiful and Perfect Names of Allah

Asma al Husna

Asma al Husna – Shaikh Abdur Rahman as Sa’adi

Allah Says in Surah Hashr, verses 23 and 24He is Allah than Whom there is La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He) the King, the Holy, the One Free from all defects, the Giver of security, the Watcher over His creatures, the All-Mighty, the Compeller, the Supreme. Glory be to Allah! (High is He) above all that they associate as partners with Him. He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor of all things, the Bestower of forms. To Him belong the Best Names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify Him. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.

His Names are The Most Beautiful and are limited to what He Has Referred Himself with or Has Taught His Messenger, peace be upon him. There are Names that we know and Names we do not; Shaikh Abdur Rahmaan bin Nasir as Sa’adi has written a small but comprehensive book on this subject and has listed and explained the Names of Allah.

The book is called “Explanation to the Beautiful and Perfect Names of Allah” and has been translated into English from the original Arabic version and is available for our readers to read from this page.
